Basic Landscaping Position

Reliable transportation to the Lloyd, FL nursery
Valid Florida driver’s license in good standing
Able to work in variable outdoor conditions
Able to use landscape tools and materials
Able to lift objects over 50 lbs
Team-oriented and eager to learn
Responsibilities:
Alter landscapes using physical effort
Load/unload trucks and equipment
Excavate and plant trees, shrubs, and ground covers
Construct wood and block features
Install pavers
Participate in training sessions

Basic Lawn Maintenance Position

Responsibilities:
Lead your crew and ensure timely project completion
Train new team members
Maintain written documentation and equipment
Perform herbicide maintenance, mowing, edging, blowing, and trimming
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in lawn care
Transportation to and from our office
Valid Florida ID and license
Completion of training program as scheduled

Irrigation / Hardscape Technician

Employee Status: Non-exempt, hourly team member responsible for providing excellent landscaping and irrigation services. Self-starters who take pride in their work and put forth extra effort are encouraged to apply.
Location: Lloyd, Florida (about 8 miles east of Tallahassee via I-10)
Criteria:
Working knowledge of Rain Bird, Hunter, or Toro irrigation systems
Reliable transportation to Lloyd, FL
Able to function in variable outdoor conditions
Handle irrigation supplies and landscape materials
10-hour workdays
Ability to troubleshoot, fix, and install irrigation systems
Program irrigation clocks and locate/rebuild valves
Must be insurable with a good driving record
Responsibilities:
Irrigation repair, installation, and problem solving
Maintain irrigation inventory and nursery systems
Instruct crews and manage job sites
Maintain documentation and participate in training sessions
Work as a team player and maintain professionalism with clients
Required Experience: 2 years in irrigation
Required License: Driver’s License
